This is a basic graham cracker crust with the addition of sweetened flaked coconut. The crust had a nice ratio of ingredients and was moist enough to cover a 9 inch pie plate easily. I did not have coconut extract so the crust did not have a pronounced coconut flavor. It worked well for both the coconut lovers and non-lovers in our family because the coconut was not noticeable (and I didn't mention it).
