Unlike the usual potato salads I see sold and served around here, this one does not include eggs, does not have a mayo dressing, and is served warm. And it's REALLY good. (I'm writing this review right now as an attempt to distract myself from sneaking bites from it before supper is officially served.)

Hey, Angela! This sounds promising! I can't eat eggs and I am not much of a fan of mayo-based dressings so tend to avoid potato salads like the plague. Is it a definite "make again" recipe?
