I've made this several times and every time, it's turned out excellent (thankfully as the first time I made it, I took it to a dinner party!!!) Relatively easy to make - though it does take some time to cook, it's mostly hands-off. The flavor is awesome and the meat just falls apart, it's so tender. Would recommend to anyone to try this recipe.
