Creamy, good textured rice (not mush), and an amazing caramelized milk flavor! This recipe is simple - rice (I used short grained brown rice), milk, evaporated milk, raisins, and a pinch of salt. The long over-night cooking caramelized the milk, the result is a lovely brown colored dish that requires no additional brown sugar!
The recipe said that it does not need embellishments, but I was skeptical. What a surprise. I'll definitely make this one again.
