I wanted to bring a s'mores type dessert to a cookout and found this recipe for s'mores bars. It calls for marshmallow fluff, but I only had marshmallows so I modified the recipe. The bars came out delicious and really tasted like s'mores, but I wish the cookie crust had more graham cracker flavor.
