The only reason I didn't rate this one a 5 is that I didn't have any ground ginger on hand and had to omit it from the recipe. I had already started making it when I realized I didn't have any. I forged ahead and used the other two forms of ginger -- crystallized and fresh. These were still fantastic and I can only imagine they would be even better with the ground ginger bumping it up to three ways. I'll be making them again. I love how she gives you instructions so even beginners can be success...

I loved this review -- it just made me want to go straight to the grocery store to get the ingredients and straight to the book store to buy the book. Nice work!
