Greek Fish Stew

I chose this recipe because it said 'ready in 15 minutes' - I didn't read that that included using peeled tomatoes. Yeah right, that's cheating. Not the perfect midweek dish I had hoped for.

Furthermore, it distinctly lacked flavour. We added lots of salt and pepper, and yet it tasted like it missed something, more body flavour in a way. Luckily, a tin of concentrated tomato extract (the whole 70g) solved that problem. But if you need peeled tomatoes and a tin of concentrated tomato extract anyway, then why not just use 1-2 cans of tomatoes? It might not be healing food, but it's definitely honest food!
