Chicken Tacos + Salsa Fresca

We only made the salsa fresca, not the chicken. The salsa was really very nice! We used it to make vegetarian tacos, also using this cucumber radish salsa, corn, guacamole and sour cream, and all the components complimented each other really well!

Nice tacos, very straight forward, nothing too novel.

Chicken is cooked in a broth with onion, ancho chili pepper, and garlic, then shredded. A simple salsa with tomato, onion, garlic, cilantro, and peppers complemented the chicken well.

I'd make these again, but this isn't as good as the smitten kitchen Charred Corn Taco.
