Such a strange title - Sausage, Bean, Grapefruit and Apple Salad would have been more appropiate. The salad was very nice, very delicious and it was nice to stray from the usual green-leaves-with-something-extra routine. I made one mistake, I cut the sausage and apples in too small/thin (but chique) pieces - bigger would have been better. And the dressing was too sour, with 2 parts lemon juice/vinegar and 1 part oil - 1:1 worked fine. I omitted the mint, and used pork and beef chipolata which wo...
