Good vegetable taste, but not so much ratatouille-like.
I had trouble reading this recipe and understanding what I was supposed to do. I am impatient as a cook, wanting to do the cooking more than reading the lesson plan.
Don't forget to add the Parmesan cheese - it really adds a good flavor note.
