Weirdly, this had a strong liquorice-like taste. I can't figure out where it came from.

Wow, was this delicious! The earthiness of the saffron and the flavours of the mild curry powder and sherry vinegar enhanced the natural sweetness of the vegetable beautifully and gave the cauliflower a pretty, all-over golden glow.

A simple and great tasting alternative to the cumin roasted cauliflower I normally make and a new family favourite.
