We find this recipe rather bland. My kids asked me to add sausage next time to punch it up.

This recipe uses cottage cheese instead of ricotta. Since I am an Italian-American I was very skeptical of this recipe. I made it for my family and they loved it, no one knew that it was cottage cheese.
