This chicken is moist and delicious. It is a very easy recipe, brown chicken in a pot and then pop it in the oven. Very good on a cold winter's night.

Rating 2 “ Just okay.
This recipe was just "meh" to me. It wasn't bad by any means, but didn't pack any of the punch I usually expect from Cook's Illustrated recipes. It didn't leave any lasting impressions and I wouldn't make it again.
