This recipe makes approximately 8 x 8oz jars. I made 4 x 8oz jars and 8 x 4 oz. It takes about 30 mins to reach the setting point. The jam can be used as filling in cookies or cakes. It is delicious on french toast or pancakes. Enjoy!
