These pretzels were so much fun to bake with my 28 year old daughter and 10 year old great niece. The great niece caught on fast and with help from my daughter was soon kneading dough and shaping pretzels. If you have kids this is a great recipe to get them into the kitchen and having fun. I like the fact that you don't have to boil the pretzels before baking but you still get a tasty pretzel not quiet as chewy as the boiled ones, but I love the soft texture of these.
