Broccoli Slaw

Not one of my favorite dishes. The recipe was easy to follow and I really wanted to like this, but I'm not enough of a broccoli fan. If, however, you love broccoli in its raw form, I highly recommend trying this as you will probably enjoy it more than I did.

I wanted to bring something a little lighter to a potluck barbecue this past summer. Broccoli is one of my favorite vegetables, so I loved the idea of a broccoli slaw. This one was okay...it was missing any kind of real punch in the flavor. I'm thinking I should have made it the day before and let the flavors develop more overnight? Kids at the party liked it (that surprised me)!
