Well this was a total treat ... very flavorful and perfect for a weeknight ... 10 minutes to prep (maybe even less) and 10 to cook. Smells wonderful and tastes delicious. And healthy to boot.

Easy and delicious. This recipe is a winner. I will definitely fix this again. The flavor was fabulous and the pork was juicy.
