A fairly typical sautéed swiss chard - but with onions and mustard seeds. At the end you are instructed to give them a splash of rice vinegar.
My splash of vinegar was a bit too heavy-handed, which distracted the kids from the flavor of swiss chard, but did little to enhance it for me. I couldn't really taste the mustard seeds, despite their being very fresh.

I'm always looking for new ways to cook greens. Chard with mustard seeds sound interesting.

More care with execution would undoubtedly elevate this recipe - but I was distracted and juggling too many things. I'd love to hear what you think! I used brown mustard seeds, don't really know the difference.

I'll let you know if I make it. I think I just have brown mustard sees too. And I understand about the distraction. I'm often juggling too many things while trying to cook dinner for the family!
