Very flavourful dish. I allowed the potatoes and cauliflower to cook longer than the recipe recommended so the flavours would have more time to meld. The cauliflower flowerets broke down and were very soft but we didn't mind. I added a little more than the teaspoon of brown sugar called for as well as more salt.
