My daughter made Orecchiette with bacon and tomato sauce page 74 for her and her husband a few days ago. She used spaghetti instead of orecchiette since her hubby only likes that kind of pasta. She gave me the leftovers so I could made the frittata for us, since her hubby also doesn't care for ricotta or eggs. We thought it was pretty good.
