Oh wow! This is delicious. I used it as the filling for the Cocoa Macarons. Beware- you will want to eat it by the spoonful.

It sounds like you've had a lot of fun with this cookbook! I'm envious, how tricky are the macarons?

It is fun! Well...I am glad that I took her class. However, if you really follow the directions in the book, you should be OK. They are finicky. I think this is definitely a case of practice makes perfect. But factors such as oven temperature, rotation of pans, how much you mix the batter...all make a difference. Fun though- you should try it!
