It is kind of hard to rate this as a recipe because basically this is a baked sweet potato. Still -- because of all the sweet versions that pop up around the holidays -- I had kind of forgotten the pleasures of the savory vs. the sweet when it comes to sweet potatoes. This was a very tasty reminder ... just a little butter and fleur de sel. And the color alone makes for a pretty presentation.
