Very delicious. DB thinks it could use some extra spices, but actually I think once you eat it together with the main dish, it'll be fine (we had our main dish first as we underestimated the cooking time for the cabbage). Also, the finer the cabbage is cut, the better, and the bigger the chance it'll be done within the time frame indicated. It takes quite a while to cook (1 hour plus), but there is very little prep work to do.
