These were fairly good. I used a food processor, using a spatula was difficult even with very soft cream cheese. I felt I got it blended better this way.
I did not know what cayenne pepper sauce was so I used Tabasco. I found out later it is Frank's Red Hot sauce - which I had but didn't use. Mine didn't seem to have that bite I was looking for (if I used the right sauce it might) so I added a little straight cayenne pepper which did help.
