This crispy, chewy, delicious simple Focaccia was really liked by everyone who tried it. I made 4 loaves (two recipes worth in separate bowls). It did take the whole day, but was really worth it. I usually throw more toppings on my Focaccia, but was content to use my garlic-infused olive oil and fresh rosemary from the garden.
