This was a really good fruit salad. I enjoyed the dressing of fresh ginger, lime juice and honey. It would have been much prettier if I'd had more colorful fruit. I want to try it again with different fruit. This time I had mango, fresh pineapple, apple, and orange. This was part of our Christmas 2011 breakfast.

This sounds like the Tropical Fruit Salad from Moosewood Cooks at Home. Ginger, honey, lime juice. I call it my dress-up fruit salad. Use it for dessert after a vaguely tropical meal.
