Gives the basic recipe for hot breakfast porridge, then a list of ten different ways to spruce it up. I made blueberry nutmeg buckwheat porridge!

I love porridge for breakfast too but I'm boring. I always douse it with the same maple syrup and a bit of soymilk. Occasionally I throw in raisins or cinnamon.
