A very nice salad. "Nearly Ottolenghi" is what DB thought (that's a compliment). He had this salad for lunch this week and though it's a little light for a complete meal, I wouldn't be afraid to serve it as a side for a dinner party. It slightly lacked a heart note, but the general combination of ingredients was very good, and he enjoyed eating a few of the lesser used vegetables such as fennel and kohlrabi.
