It's a very delicious soup, but why that title? The yoghurt is neither a dip nor does it contain coriander; instead, the soup does. The carrot chips look cool, but I found the burnt-looking ones much more delicious that the other nicer-looking ones - crispy and crunchy. Next time I would also add some salt before baking them.
