I made a half recipe (from the nov/dec10 magazine, really), just right for the two of us. Served with orzo. I broiled the salmon rather than cooking in the skillet. Very nice and easy. Pretty presentation. Probably OK for company. Sauce could be prepared ahead, I expect, and reheated while the fish broils.
