I had such high hopes for this recipes and was pretty disappointed with the results. I followed the recipe very closely, only making one modification. The recipe called for 1 1/2 packages of tofu, and I just used one package. I cooked the vegetables for 7 hours on low. The results were very watery, and the vegetables were over cooked.
