The one-star rating is for the dish as a whole. But the cherry tomato sauce on its own would merit 4-5 stars.
Let me preface this by saying how much I love love love arugula -- it is just about the only salad lettuce in my house. But this puree was just awful. No one in my family had a good word to say about it. However, the cherry tomato sauce was a delight.
