This is more a method of cooking that a recipe. Great way to cook a steak when you don't want to fire up the grill. I used my cast iron skillet and just a little olive oil as suggested. Even though the steak is just seasoned with a little salt, pepper and rosemary the herd butter also lends loads of flavor.

The recipe calls for bone in rib eyes but this method works great on other steaks as well and I used a New York Strip.
