I love roasted cauliflower, but wanted something a bit different. This recipe is quick - a vegetable oil (canola), shredded fresh ginger, mustard seed, tumeric, salt and pepper mix is spread over the cauliflower, roasted, and baked for about 25 minutes.

This tasted so good it was almost my whole dinner. The tumeric turned it a lovely yellow color. This is elegant enough for any dinner.

Note that the recipe calls for a jalapeno pepper, but we skipped it as I am a spice wimp.
