Crunchy and creamy, sweet and salty - this is almost the perfect sandwich. We used Dubliner cheese and anjou pear, and prepared it with the various scraps of left-over bread. Regardless of bread type, this sandwich was amazing.

Perfect for a snowy Sunday lunch.
