This was came together quickly and satisfied my fruit-cornmeal craving. I love the crumble crunch and the cornmeal against the soft sweetness of the fruit. I had made peach cornmeal muffins in the past and they were outstanding (NY Times recipe I think) so I decided to use a combo of peaches and plums (recipe suggests plums, apricots or pluots).
