This recipe gets five stars from me for two reasons:
- it's delicious with a surprising depth of flavor given the short cooking time, and
- so little effort, such a satisfyng meal -- my husband loved it.
I made two minor changes to the recipe, using penne instead of rigatoni and adding a big pinch of red pepper flakes rather than the fresh or dried chile the recipe called for.
Apparently the original recipe came from a 2004 Jamie Oliver cookbook called Jamie's Dinners.
