The Best Lentil Salad, Ever

This is an extremely tasty lentil salad, and very flexible. The spices in the dressing are delicious. I cooked my lentils for 15 minutes and found that they were a bit too done. Next time I will check them at 10 minutes.

Have eaten many a bland lentil salad. This, however, with its near- Morroccan flavours and simple depth of ingredients, is a keeper and actually lives up to its title, in my opinion. I doubled the cayenne pepper, didn't skimp on any of the other spices, and added an extra dash of cider vinegar to up the tang. I added baby spinach as my optional add-in ingredient. I will be making this again, and soon!
