This is a dead simple pasta dish that gets my teenagers to eat spinach. It's light and delicious. Cooked in one pot, so cleanup is simple as well.
We like this version with the chicken broth and milk better than the version they published in 2007 that uses chicken broth and water, http://www.cooksillustrated.com/recipes/detail.asp?docid=8394, though we do put toasted pine nuts on ours.
