Made these yesterday and chilled overnight. Really good though I plan to add peppermint extract next time. Oh, and cut them smaller than the suggested 2" unless you have a crazy sweet tooth - they're really rich!

I made these to take to work. I only have one vegan co-worker, but these were so popular I was asked to make them again. They are super easy to make, and there are no ingredients you'll have to go out of your way to find (you can get canned coconut milk in the Asian section of your grocery.) As the other reviewer said, you can cut the pieces on the small side. The fudge is crazy rich.

I've never made fudge before, but I've eaten both store-bought and homemade and my (non-vegan) co-worker agreed with me that this was the best fudge we've ever had. I hope you enjoy it. It was SO easy to make.
