This is from Pam Anderson's Cook Without a Book: Meatless Meals and on the Martha Stewart website. You pick and choose from lists of ingredients for this salad and have an option of two dressings. My daughter made this one for us and it was amazing. She used quinoa, barley and canned pintos for the grains and beans. For the veggies she used raw purple cabbage, tomatoes and arugula.
