A basic dressing that you can likely prepare from basic items in your pantry. The character of this is largely determined by your mustard. Personally I like a coarse dijon mustard, but if prepared by one that is finely ground it would still taste good.

For my tastes this is a bit too sweet, and I recommend cutting the honey by about 1/3.
