I'm not sure it's fair to rate this recipe because I really messed it up. But the reason for that is that it makes way too much spread for just me (or even me and my spouse together) to eat, even over a few days. It calls for two cans of white beans. So I used one can, but then I forgot to halve the other ingredients. Oops! The consistency was thin (more dip than spread) and taste way too smokey with a sharp raw garlic bite.
