Ever since Barbara from Amsterdam reviewed this panna cotta made with buttermilk, I've been watching for my chance. The panna cotta portion of this recipe is amazing -- tangy and light tasting, and totally addictive.
The balsamic and strawberries made this dessert very festive. But to tell you the truth - the panna cotta alone was so sublime, I preferred it unadorned.
