Macadamia Nut-Crusted Ono with Mango-Lime Butter

Note - I didn't try the Mango Lime Butter, I was just looking for a good recipe for macadamia nut crusted fish.

I first tried this with mahi mahi fillets and recently with tilapia fillets to see if the breading was versatile with different types of white fish. It definitely is, so you only need a firm-fleshed white fish.

The recipe says it will serve six. I found that there was an excessive amount of breading left over. To serve 4, I would halve or quarter the breading recipe depending on how much surface area there is. Note that you only have to bread one side.

This was very easy to make and I will definitely make it again!
