This recipe was very simple to make. I halved the recipe because I was cooking for 2 people. I had a bit of a mishap when adding the sauce. The pan is very hot because it is stir frying, and I didn't have much sauce because it was half of the recipe, so when I added it, it cooked, thickened and stuck to the pan in 1 second flat. I had to add a bit of water and cool the pan down in order to get the sauce off the bottom of the pan and coat the broccoli.
