This is a brilliant dish! Extremely hard to stop at one or two handfuls; I've sworn I'll stop, washed my hands from spicy oily goodness, and then immediately dove back into the bowl. Very important to use freshly ground spices (which I've done immediately prior, in a little coffee grinder kept for that purpose).
