Since I fell recently and hurt myself and ginger has healing qualities I asked my daughter to bake some of these. They turned out wonderful. So spicy from the candied ginger and other spices. Wonderful with a cup of Chai tea. Also good with a cup of coffee.

Thanks Zosia. I'm out of work for at least another week. Will find out Friday how much longer. At least I have short term disability.
