This recipe went viral, a few years ago, when it was first posted on Ree's blog. They are delicious. Sometimes, I added a little Parmesan cheese and drizzled heavy cream on top which makes a decadent and rich variation of this potato. It's a family favorite.

Wow I agree with PW these could become addictive. Simple -- boil, smash, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle on rosemary, salt and pepper bake and enjoy. Daughter made them to go with some grilled fish and slaw from Trisha Yearwood's Cookbook It went great with the other items and was so good. Crispy, crunchy, yet creamy too and delicious.
