Fantastic! I think there might have been a typo in this recipe since it called for a 19 ounce can of water chestnuts. I've never heard of one that size. We used a small can and it was plenty. It said to use the white part of the green onion only but we decided to use the green as a garnish and thought it gave it a nice extra touch of flavor. We used ground pork but it also suggests ground turkey or chicken if your prefer. The extra firm tofu was a nice addition as were the edamame which we love.... Read more
